Summary: Movix is a personal productivity tool for lawful offline access to publicly accessible web content. It does not bypass DRM, authentication, or copyright protections. By using Movix, you agree to these terms and to comply with applicable copyright laws.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Movix Chrome browser extension ("Movix", "the Extension", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use Movix.

2. Description of Service

Movix is a Chrome browser extension that enables users to organize and store publicly accessible web-based content for personal offline study, research, and educational reference. All processing occurs locally on the user's device. No media data is transmitted to external servers.

Movix is intended for:

Personal productivity and offline reference
Educational and research purposes
Lawful archiving of content the user has the right to access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Movix only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to use Movix to:

Access, copy, or store content protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management) systems
Circumvent authentication systems, paywalls, or login requirements
Infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any party
Store or distribute content for commercial purposes without proper licensing
Access content from services that prohibit downloading in their terms of service (including but not limited to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video)
Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Copyright Compliance: Movix does not, and cannot, bypass DRM protections. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you process with Movix is publicly accessible and that you have the legal right to store it for personal use under applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Movix for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Movix offers the following plans:

Free: Core features with usage limits — available at no cost, permanently.
Basic ($8/month): Enhanced processing speed and unlimited daily usage.
Pro ($15/month): Maximum processing speed, batch processing, and priority support.

Payments for paid plans are processed by FastSpring, Inc., our authorized Merchant of Record. License keys are delivered automatically to your email upon successful payment.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@movixbiz.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund promptly. No questions asked.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the account management link included in your receipt email. Upon cancellation:

Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period
You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
No cancellation fees or penalties apply

8. Privacy and Data

Movix processes all content locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your media content on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Movix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Movix will be uninterrupted or error-free. Website structures change frequently and some functionality may be affected by updates to third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Movix. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Movix after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
